What we cover

Commercial equipment is never mixed in with the residential list — different parts, different urgency, different team.

How it works

From call to invoice

STEP 1

Tell us what is down

Equipment type, site address and how urgent it is. No account setup needed for a first call.

STEP 2

Priority dispatch

Commercial jobs are scheduled ahead of the residential queue and worked around your service hours.

STEP 3

Quote before work

You approve the repair cost before anything is opened, the same as on the residential side.

STEP 4

Invoiced, not card-first

Established accounts are invoiced. Purchase-order references go on the invoice where you need them.

Request service

Tell us what is down

A request, not a self-serve calendar — commercial jobs get scheduled by a person who knows what your equipment needs.

Symptoms, when it started, and anything already tried.
Goes on the invoice if your account needs it.
Yes. Commercial jobs are scheduled around when your kitchen or floor is closed wherever the fault allows it, so a repair does not cost you a service.
Established accounts are invoiced. The first job for a new business is usually settled on completion, and we set the account up from there.
Yes. Property managers and multi-site operators can put every location under one account so history and invoicing stay together.
We service kitchen, refrigeration and laundry equipment. HVAC, gas line work and hood suppression systems are outside what we do — tell us and we will say so straight away rather than sending someone.

Commercial appliance repair

Commercial equipment is a separate team with a separate queue. Restaurants, bars, hotels, laundromats, property managers and grocery operators get priority dispatch, invoiced accounts, and technicians who work around service hours rather than through them.

Why commercial is booked differently

A self-serve calendar suits a household fridge. It does not suit a walk-in cooler drifting warm during service. Commercial requests go to a scheduler who calls back, because the right question is usually what is down and how long you can run without it.

Equipment we cover

  • Commercial refrigeration — reach-ins, prep tables, display cases
  • Ice machines — cubers, flakers, remote condensers
  • Warewashing — door-type, undercounter and conveyor dishwashers
  • Cooking — convection ovens, ranges, griddles and fryers
  • Commercial laundry — coin-op and on-premises
  • Walk-in coolers and freezers

What we do not cover

HVAC, gas line work and hood suppression systems are outside what we do. We will say so on the call rather than send someone who cannot help.
