Cold zones and thermostat drift show up immediately on eggs, burgers and pancakes.
Commercial griddle repair covers cold zones across the plate, thermostat and thermostatic control drift, ignition failures, uneven heat distribution and control valve faults on gas and electric griddles.

Griddle diagnosis follows heat zones, ignition behavior and grease-side damage.

High-volume service needs burners and controls that recover evenly.
Portable schedules need predictable heat before batch cooking starts.
Commercial griddle repair covers cold zones across the plate, thermostat and thermostatic control drift, ignition failures, uneven heat distribution and control valve faults on gas and electric griddles.
Griddles are built in independently controlled zones, which makes fault isolation straightforward. Each zone is tested against its own thermostat, control and heat source. A single cold zone points to that zone's components. Uniform low output across all zones points to supply, regulation or the control circuit.
Gas griddles run on a live gas supply with burners, valves and pilot or spark ignition beneath the plate. Staff must not attempt to relight pilots, adjust valves or remove burner assemblies. If gas is smelled, clear the area, do not operate switches, and contact the gas utility from outside the building. All gas work is performed by a qualified technician.
Commercial griddle repair is available in Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Nassau and Suffolk counties, northern New Jersey and lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.
