This Refund Policy explains how ApplianceGo handles service fees, repair charges, deposits, parts and payment corrections.
Diagnostic and dispatch fees
Diagnostic, trip, dispatch or service-call fees cover technician time, travel, scheduling and inspection. These fees are generally non-refundable once the technician is dispatched or arrives, unless ApplianceGo confirms a billing error.
Approved repairs
When you approve a repair estimate, charges for labor and installed parts are due as shown on the invoice. Refunds are not issued simply because an appliance later develops a different issue or an unrelated component fails.
Parts, deposits and special orders
Deposits for ordered parts, special-order parts, manufacturer-specific parts or commercial equipment parts may be non-refundable after the order is placed. If a part is unavailable or ApplianceGo cancels the order before installation, we will review refund or credit options.
Warranty service
If the same covered repair fails within the written warranty period, contact us so we can review the job and schedule warranty service when applicable. Warranty visits are handled according to the repair warranty terms for that invoice.
Cancellations and missed appointments
Please cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Missed appointments, inaccessible units, no adult on site or unsafe work conditions may result in a dispatch or cancellation charge.
Overpayments and billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the invoice number and payment details. Confirmed duplicate payments or billing errors will be refunded or credited to the original payment method when possible.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with your booking ID, invoice number, service address and a short explanation. We may request photos, service notes or payment confirmation to review the request.
