Commercial fryer repair covers slow oil recovery, thermostat drift, ignition and heating failures, high limit trips, filtration system faults and oil leaks on gas and electric fryers.
A fryer that reaches temperature but recovers slowly is already costing product quality and throughput. Recovery is measured under load, and the fault is traced through the thermostat and probe, the heating source, burner condition or element scale, and oil condition. Slow recovery is often the earliest sign of a component starting to fail.
Gas fryers combine a live gas supply with hot oil. Kitchen staff must not attempt to relight, adjust or clean any gas component, and must not move a fryer containing hot oil. If gas is smelled, shut down that section, clear the area, and contact the gas utility from outside the building before requesting service. All gas and combustion work is completed by a qualified technician.
Commercial fryer repair is available in Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties, northern New Jersey and Fairfield County, Connecticut.
