These Terms of Service govern your use of the ApplianceGo website, booking tools, communications and appliance repair services. By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.
Service availability
ApplianceGo provides residential and commercial appliance repair in selected service areas. Availability depends on technician coverage, appointment openings, appliance type, parts availability, building access and other operational factors.
Booking and customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, appliance and symptom information.
- Make sure an authorized adult is available during the appointment window.
- Provide safe access to the appliance, utility connections, parking, building entry and work area.
- Tell us about known hazards, leaks, electrical issues, pests, blocked access or prior repairs before work begins.
Estimates and pricing
Website prices, service fees, diagnostic fees and examples are informational unless confirmed in writing for your appointment. A technician may need to inspect the appliance before a final repair estimate is available. Approved work begins only after pricing is presented and accepted.
Parts and warranty
Parts availability, part pricing and completion time can vary by appliance model and supplier. Warranty coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and the parts installed by ApplianceGo, subject to the written warranty terms provided for that job.
Payments and invoices
You agree to pay approved service charges, repair charges, parts, taxes and any other authorized fees. Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the invoice. Late, disputed or reversed payments may delay future service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations, missed appointments, inaccessible units or unsafe work conditions may be subject to a service or dispatch fee.
No manufacturer affiliation
Brand names and trademarks on this website belong to their respective owners. ApplianceGo is an independent repair provider unless a page clearly states otherwise.
Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing appliance conditions, concealed damage, unavailable parts, building issues, utility problems, customer-supplied parts, data loss, food loss, business interruption or unrelated failures unless required by law or agreed in writing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page applies when you use the website or request service.
