Laundromat stack dryers
Stack and single dryers need heat, belt, motor and payment-start checks under real load.
Commercial dryer repair covers no heat, long dry times, restricted airflow, drum and belt faults, sensor errors and payment system problems on stack and single pocket commercial dryers.
Commercial dryer repair covers no heat, long dry times, restricted airflow, drum and belt faults, sensor errors and payment system problems on stack and single pocket commercial dryers.
Commercial dryer repair is separate from washer repair because heat, airflow and exhaust are the main constraints.

Long dry times can break housekeeping turnover even when the washer side is fine.
Exhaust restriction and lint airflow notes help prevent repeat callbacks.

Long dry times in a commercial laundry are an airflow problem far more often than a heating problem. Exhaust runs, lint accumulation, shared venting and makeup air are checked and measured. Replacing a heating component on a restricted exhaust simply repeats the failure, and in a shared vent system the fault can originate at a different machine entirely.
Commercial gas dryers carry live gas lines, gas valves and igniter assemblies. Attendants and staff must not attempt to test, adjust or reset any gas component. If gas is smelled, clear the room, avoid operating switches, and contact the gas utility from outside the building. Gas and combustion work is carried out only by a qualified technician.
Commercial dryer repair is available in Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Nassau and Suffolk counties, northern New Jersey and lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.
