ApplianceGo maintains business insurance for covered operations and can provide proof of insurance when required for scheduled residential, property management and commercial appliance repair work.
Proof of insurance
Property managers, building offices, commercial clients and facilities teams may request a certificate of insurance for scheduled work. Please send certificate requirements before the appointment when your building needs specific wording, certificate holder details or additional insured language.
What this page means
This page is a public summary for customers who need to know whether proof of insurance can be requested. It is not an insurance policy, certificate, endorsement or guarantee of coverage. The current certificate, policy documents and carrier decisions control any actual coverage question.
What insurance is for
Business insurance is intended to address covered risks connected with eligible operations. It is separate from an appliance repair warranty, manufacturer warranty, home warranty, parts warranty or satisfaction policy.
Information needed for COI requests
- Building or company name.
- Service address and unit, suite or floor if applicable.
- Certificate holder name and mailing address.
- Any required additional insured or waiver wording.
- Deadline and email address for delivery.
Commercial and managed properties
For restaurants, laundromats, property managers and commercial facilities, send insurance requirements as early as possible so our team can review them before dispatch. Some certificate requests depend on carrier or broker approval and may require extra processing time.
Claims and incidents
If an incident occurs during service, document the issue, take photos when safe, keep related paperwork and contact ApplianceGo promptly with the booking ID, invoice number and service address.
